An amazing brewery from Petaluna California, these guys like their hops. Almost every beer they make has a more than ample hop flavor and aroma profile. Some of them being extremely unbalanced (on purpose) others still having a nice malt backbone. This is the later. The MAXIMUS is their big brother answer to their regular IPA (flavorful enough on its own), and instead of having a complete blast of hops, which is does, it is balanced perfectly with just enough malt and body.                From Petaluna, California - 8.2%
